Sensing — the network as a radar

Sensing is not one document and not one group. It is an area of work spread across the radio groups, the system groups and the plenaries above them, opened as homework in Release 19 and now being turned into rules for Release 20. This course is for somebody who has to follow a conversation about it: what the work is for, which group did which piece, which specifications it creates and which it changes, and how far along each piece actually is. Every number and every name here was read out of a file or a database on this machine, and each one links to the entry it came from. The last chapter is about the traps in searching for this work and about what the record cannot tell you, which matters as much as the rest.
