Where the text comes from, what was changed, and what to be careful with.
The two voices
Everything on the school's own surface is written for you. Everything on paper — the panel that slides in from the right, the clause pages — is the standards document itself, word for word as it was published.
Who wrote the courses
The 190 chapters were written by a language model reading the real clauses and the real meeting papers, one chapter at a time, and checked against them afterwards.
Every clause number a chapter names is verified to exist when the site starts, and every source a chapter cites must be in that course's register — a file generated from data on the machine, never typed from memory. The site refuses to build with a wrong one.
That check cannot tell you whether a sentence describes its clause correctly. So where it matters, read the clause: that is why it is one click away.
Where the documents came from
The clause text was read out of the published Word files by the parser of FriendlySpec, part of the operator's own 3GPP tooling.

What was repaired, and why
A Word table cell that spans two rows arrives empty on the second row, and a hyphen Word treats as optional disappears. Each repair below was checked against the published PDF of the same version. Nothing else in the document text was touched.
- 23.501 — 5.7.4: 5QI 8 and 9 share one example-services cell in Table 5.7.4-1; the text of that cell was cut in half between the two rows.
- 23.501 — 5.7.4: 5QI 9 shares its delay budget, error rate, burst volume, averaging window and example services with 5QI 8 in Table 5.7.4-1, as one merged cell each; only its priority level, 90, is its own.
- 23.501 — RMDEREGISTERED → RM-DEREGISTERED, once: the hyphen in the state name is one Word may drop; the flat form does not appear in the published PDF at all

What this site is not
It is not the standard. If you are implementing, arguing or writing a contract, use the published document from 3GPP or the IETF. This is a way in, not a source of truth.
