Inside one plenary: TSG SA#112

3GPP TSG SA met in Singapore for four days in June 2026 and handled 346 documents. This course is that one meeting, read properly: what a plenary is for, what this one approved and what it only noted, and where the numbers stop being able to tell you anything. There is no single specification behind it, so every statement in it links to an entry in a register built from the meeting's own agenda, document list and draft report.
