Four days in Singapore in June 2026, 346 documents, and one word written next to each of them. This course walks a single meeting of 3GPP SA end to end: what such a meeting is allowed to decide, what this one was handed, how its agenda and its document types are organised, and what it actually settled. It is built on the meeting's own paperwork and on nothing else, so every number and every outcome links to the file it came from.
