6.2.10.9 Message delivery to AIOTF
When the UE Reader needs to send an AIoT message to the core network, the messages are routed via the NG-RAN and AMF to the specific AIOTF. The procedure is illustrated in Figure 6.2.10.9-1.

1. Before any AIoT message can be routed from UE Reader to the AIOTF, the AMF needs routing information to be able to route the messages from UE Reader to the AIOTF, see clause 6.2.10.8. The same context can be utilized to route multiple subsequent messages from the UE Reader.
2. The UE Reader transmits the uplink AIoT message to the serving NG-RAN over the radio interface as defined in TS 38.300 [5].
3-4. Steps 2 to 3 of the procedure for message delivery to AIOTF specified in clause 6.2.4.3 are performed with the following additions:
- In step 2, the NG-RAN also includes the UE Reader(s) ID (i.e. RAN UE NGAP ID, AMF UE NGAP ID) in the NGAP message sent to the AMF.
