9.11.4.41 Non-3GPP device information

The purpose of the Non-3GPP device information information element is to provide one or more non-3GPP device identifiers for which QoS differentiation of traffic is requested or for which suspend of QoS differentiation of traffic is requested.
The Non-3GPP device information information element is coded as shown in figure 9.11.4.41.1, figure 9.11.4.41.2, figure 9.11.4.41.3, figure 9.11.4.41.4, figure 9.11.4.41.5, figure 9.11.4.41.6, and table 9.11.4.41.1.
The Non-3GPP device information information element is a type 6 information element with minimum length of 7 octets.

Bit 8 of octet s+8 is the most significant bit and bit 5 of octet s+9 is the least significant bit. The bits 4 to 1 of octet s+9 shall be spare. | ||||
