8.2.7.51 NSAG information

If the UE has set the NSAG bit to "NSAG supported" in the 5GMM capability IE of the REGISTRATION REQUEST message over 3GPP access, the network may include this IE to provide NSAG information to the UE. Otherwise, the network shall not include this IE (see the 'comprehension required' scheme in clause 11.2.5 of 3GPP TS 24.007 [11]).
