6.3.27 EIF discovery and selection

The NF consumers may utilise the NRF services to discover EIF instance(s) or the EIF selection information may be locally configured in NF consumers.

The following factors may be considered by the NF consumer for EIF selection:

• Location (see locality in clause 6.1.6.2.2 of TS 29.510 [58]).
