5.25.3 Signalling Based Activation of QoE Measurement Collection

5GS may support QoE Measurement Collection (QMC) as described in TS 28.405 [190]. 5GS may support Signalling based activation and Management based activation as specified in TS 38.300 [27] and TS 28.405 [190].
To enable signalling based activation in NR, the QMC Configuration information is configured in subscription data of the UE. 5GC provides the QMC Configuration information to the NG-RAN as described in TS 23.502 [3].
