9.3.1.1 Cell Reselection

Cell reselection is characterised by the following:

• Cell reselection between NR RRC_IDLE and E-UTRA RRC_IDLE is supported;
• Cell reselection from NR RRC_INACTIVE to E-UTRA RRC_IDLE is supported.
