16.14.11 Support for NR NTN capacity enhancements

To improve uplink capacity in NTN, the following enhancements are supported for PUSCH transmission:

• Inter-slot orthogonal cover code with length 2 to multiplex up to two UEs;
• Inter-slot orthogonal cover code with length 4 to multiplex up to four UEs.

Inter-slot orthogonal cover code is also supported for RACH-less handover, as described in clause 9.2.3.6, for intra-gNB intra-satellite handover procedure.
