6.2.10.5 N2-handover Procedure

The N2 based handover procedures for UE are performed as defined in clause 4.9.1.3 of TS 23.502 [4] with the following additions for UE Reader operation:

• If the UE is authorised to operate as a UE Reader, then the target AMF shall send the "UE Reader authorised" indication to the target NG-RAN in the NGAP Handover Request message.
