The existing solution builds on that there is only one consumer (which will make the 'collection reference id' unique). However, now there are several different consumers, why the existing solution needs to change. Proposed solution is to have a 'collection reference id' consisting of consumer identity and a task identity combined with PLMN identity. It also investigates how to avoid duplicated subscriptions which makes it possible to decrease the load in the NFs when there are several consumers asking for the same data within a PLMN. The existing solution is that each consumer request performance management jobs directly to the network nodes. Proposed solution is that each consumer can indicate if they require all requested data or if best effort is allowed.
