Clause H.4.3: 'If the requested resources will be used in networks that are based on technical standards or specifications developed by another ROIO\/SDO, the applicant shall affirm and provide evidence that there exists mutual consent between the applicant and the other ROIO\/SDO regarding the usage of the requested resources for the ROIO\/SDO-specified networks.'
