One test to evaluate the encoder against the 3GPP floating-point encoder potentially based on loudness metric 3. One test to evaluate the encoder\/decoder against the 3GPP fixed-point encoder\/decoder based on MOS-LQO metric  Evaluation results are presented for various compilers and compilation options, as well as some code changes.
