Following requirements are introduced under this WI:\n1.\t4Rx handheld UE requirement for low NR bands (<1GHz)\n2.\t3Tx RF requirements for inter-band CA\/ENDC configurations with 1Tx on one band and 2Tx on one band.\na)\tTx requirements, including MOP, configured output power, SAR, etc. Both UL-MIMO and TxD are considered for the 2Tx band.\nb)\tRx requirements, including REFSENS MSD for PC2 and PC1.5 configurations, etc.\nc)\tNew capability signalling for TxD per-band per-band combination.\n\nThe technical discussions of above items have been almost completed with draft CRs approved in past RAN4 meetings. It\u2019s expected this WI could be 100% completed in RAN#102 (Dec 2023).
