NRF does not store UE level information nor location based tracking. This is wrong function for NRF. Allow also local configuration option to manage PRU support., Change the PRU registration to PRU association in clause 4.3.8. Remove the description of how to transfer LCS supplementary service message in clause 4.3.x, because this is the existing mechanism, there is no need to duplicate the mechanism. The change in clause 5.4.1 is removed.
