Revision to SA WG2#157 address the following changes (highlighted with yellow color in the normative text): 1) Deleting open EN regarding clockclass to be used as an acceptance criteria 2) Clarifying reference report ID is provided in SIB as specified in TS 38.331 3) Npcf_AMPolicy service operation does not need to provide UE reconnection indication to the AMF, the AMF can determine it alone based on the reception of clock quality detail level 4) Updating Nnef\/Ntsctsf_TimeSynchronization_ConfigUpdate for clock quality subscription and procedure in clause 4.15.9.X.Z-1 5) It is proposed to remove the 'DL NAS TRANSPORT' as a third mechanism to configure the UE connection indication from AMF; UCU is already agreed in TS 24.501, thus there is no need for another mechanism. In addition, NAS DL TRANSPORT is a name of NGAP message, not a name of NAS message. 6) It is proposed to remove the exact names of NAS\/RRC procedures how the UE reconnects to the network; instead add a reference to Stage 3 (TS 24.501). The current list of procedures is not aligned with stage 3 (Service Request is missing). 7) It is proposed to remove the clause 4.15.9.X.Z, and merge it with the clause 4.15.X.Y.
