RAN WG3 progress: RAN WG3 has agreed that the same class 1 MT Communication Handling procedure is used to request the AMF to disable the 5GC MT communication handling when the UE gets RRC_CONNECTED by sending a MT Communication Handling request message as per Figure 4.8.2.2-1 step 3b.1. The AMF sends MT Communication Handling response message to NG-RAN in step 3b.5.
