Once the SUL\/SDL band configurations to be assigned with \u201cInterested Operator\u201d, the corresponding SUL\/SDL bands shall be assigned with the same \u201cInterested Operator\u201d and shall be set as \u201cOngoing\u201d in the PRD21 5G NR CADC list. Observation 3: In PRD21 v110, 90 and 100MHz CBW are pending for n40. However, in 38.508-1, by default, the highest test channel BW required for n40 is 100MHz.\n Proposal 3: Considering almost all the CBWs are\/will be mandatory for single NR bands, all the CBWs of the \u201cOngoing\u201d NR bands are encouraged to be defined in RAN5 specifications.\nFor the newly introduced CBW extension of the \u201cOngoing\u201d NR bands, its status shall be set as \u201cOngoing (CBW)\u201d in the PRD21 5G NR CADC list even if without \u201cInterested Operator\u201d.\n Observation 4: How to handle V2X bands and configs is not addressed in PRD 21 v110 [1]. Sometimes the V2X operation works under pure PC5 mode, which means no interoperation with the network. So operators might not be interested in these scenarios. If the same \u201cOngoing configuration\u201d definition to be kept, some V2X bands\/configurations might be kept \u201dPending\u201d since no operator interest is shown in RAN5. \n Proposal 4: Considering V2X industry might be also driven by terminal vendors, it is proposed to update \u201cOngoing configuration\u201d definition to having at least one \u2018Interested company\u2019 for both V2X bands and V2X configurations.
