The SMF+PGW-C provides the S-NSSAI of the PDU session to UPF+PGW-U in step 8, and new N9 tunnel may be reallocated based on the S-NSSAI. NG-RAN maintain both the old tunnel and new tunnel if new AN tunnel resource is allocated by NG-RAN. The new I-SMF informs the SMF\/PSA to switch tunnel in step 20 in clause 4.23.4.3. In case V-SMF is no changed, the V-UPF may or may not be relocated. For this scenario, similar logic applies, and corresponding text is proposed. Clarify at the HOV prepartion case based on the network configuration the PSA(UPF) allocates the UL CN tunnel info for N9 interface per the S-NSSAI configured for interworking.
