Changes since last presentation to SA#106: Text has been improved with editorial corrections, clarifications and references added. 6 additional potential solutions have been added on Energy-related information exposure from UE, Energy related information from the network and other Service Provider entities provided to a UE application and Application Service Provider, QMC-based monitoring and measurement, Energy Information Exposure Specification for controlling exposure of Energy-related information to Application Service Provider, UE application energy consumption measurement based on MTD technique and UE energy metrics abstraction.
