In the sub-clause 16.3.1 of the TS 38.300: 'Each network slice is uniquely identified by a S-NSSAI, as defined in 3GPP TS 23.501'. Assuming that the term 'network slice' in the TS 38.300 means same as 'network slice instance' in 23.501, this sentence seems not in line with the above quotation from the TS 23.501. It seems that other RAN specifications also assume that S-NSSAI is a unique identifier of the Network Slice Instance.
