SA WG1 would like to offer guidance on the topic of the inclusion of UE WLAN MAC address in positioning information to support E911 positioning. SA WG1 has a generic requirement in TS 22.071 which cover the provision and utilisation of sources of information relating to positioning. 5.4.1 Sources of location information It shall be possible for the location determining process to make use of several sources of information in determining the location.
