For the majority of legacy test cases that do not require any changes, we can re-use them and keep the prose as it is. For the minority of legacy test cases that need to be adjusted for eRedcap UE, we can also re-use them and directly modify the test cases._x000D_\nOverall strategy and timeline:_x000D_\nProposal 1-1:eRedCap can inherit the strategy from RedCap to handle the legacy SIG test cases. Not applicable test case can be filtered by PICS setting (e.g pc_EN_DC=false). R15 test cases are fully analysed, re-used and updated if needed. R16 and later features can be analysed by interested company and added the test cases to a table in the Annex A in 38.523-2._x000D_\nProposal 1-2:Legacy SIG test cases adjustment for eRedCap UE in 38.523-1\/2 will be started in the next meeting if the proposal in the discussion paper agreed by RAN5 in this meeting.
