RAN WG3 would like to point out the following: support for inter-system HO to hybrid\/closed HeNB would impact stage 3 specifications in multiple WGs (including RAN WG2 and CT WG4) which requires a WID. Therefore, RAN WG3 does not plan to discuss inter-system HO to hybrid\/closed HeNB. Note that RAN WG3 already discussed this HO to hybrid\/closed HeNB at RAN WG3#110-e meeting but without conclusion (see R3-206957). potential deployment scenarios, including whether a HeNB GW is present or not, will need to be confirmed before further discussion can take place. RAN WG3 would like to have confirmation on the above before making any further progress.
