The MBMS download delivery method is available by the xMB\/MBMS API interfaces. SA WG6 has considered the usage of xMB for MCData file distribution within the TR 23.792 Study on MBMS APIs for Mission Critical Services, and has identified several gaps in annex A.7, which could preclude the adoption of xMB.
