Above CT WG3 conclusion is based on consideration that in TS 23.256 clause 5.12.2 Procedure for NEF Assisted Pre-flight Planning and clause 5.13.2 Procedure for USS changeover during a UAV flight, the Nnef_RetrieveInfoUAVFlight_Get request does not create subscription to any events and is not expected to be used, for instance, for in-flight monitoring purposes and the step 10 in clause 5.13.2 is initiated by a new USS2 (target USS) which is different from the original USS1, i.e., USS2 cannot reuse the original USS1 initiated Nnef_RetrieveInfoUAVFlight service even with the same UAS NF\/NEF upon the different USS AF, hence the discussed subscribe\/notify semantics is not applied to the Nnef_RetrieveInfoUAVFlight service. The TS 23.256 defined Nnef_RetrieveInfoUAVFlight_Get service operation with request\/response semantics is fine to be accepted and has been implemented as retrieve custom operation in the new RetrieveInfoUAVFlight API in TS 29.522 v19.1.0.
