Three tests are proposed as part of the conformance process 1. One test to evaluate the decoder against the 3GPP floating-point decoder based on signal metrics 2. One test to evaluate the encoder against the 3GPP floating-point encoder potentially based on loudness metric 3. One test to evaluate the encoder\/decoder against the 3GPP fixed-point encoder\/decoder based on MOS-LQO metric  Evaluation results are presented for various compilers and compilation options, as well as some code changes. Interoperability and conformance process are also discussed. Changes since last presentation to SA: This is the first presentation to TSG SA.
