The CR incorrectly describes when RNC shall initiate the new UE Registration Query procedure. The CR has not updated essential procedure text that describes what to include in the DIRECT TRANSFER message in case of MOCN rerouting. This behaviour is different in old and improved CS\/PS coordination. The CR does not describe which new optional IEs in Redirection Indication IE in INITIAL UE MESSAGE shall be sent under different circumstances. There is no Redirection Indication IE 23.251, which makes description of when to add this IE unclear.
